Message The oldest cars i have worked on with the new injectors are all 91+ 240sx (ka and sr), 91+ g20, sentra, 93+ J30. The z32 TTs and the q45s were the last 2 cars (from my experience) to still use the old style injectors up until 94. After 94, i dont think nissan made a single engine that didnt have the new style. Obviously, the old style injectors were alot more prone to corrosion and leaks, as ive seen 91 240sx's (new style injectors) with 300k miles, and the injector contacts still look brand new when you unplug them. Ive also heard the stories from many people about how they also handle modern day fuels much better, and the coils are better sealed to keep fuel from "grounding" them out. Hope this answers some questions.
